Why Is DIB-2 Ball Valve Safe?

With the advancement and rapid development of science and technology, pipeline transportation is becoming more and more numerous, and the requirements are becoming more and more stringent. The shortcomings of the old structure are gradually discovered, and the suggestions put forward by the owners (users) are combined with the structural improvements of the manufacturers. Structural structures with functions such as ball valves DIB and DIB-2 have gradually appeared. Because people did not have more awareness of DIB before, the SPE valve seat of the DBB middle cavity pressure entry is separated from the ball to release pressure, and the DPE valve seat of the DIB middle cavity pressure entry is tightly held by the ball seal. When the DBB ball valve is used upstream during pipeline maintenance, the pressure in the middle cavity is too high to release pressure to the downstream, causing environmental pollution or casualties and other accidents. DIB-2 has an SPE valve seat on one side and a DPE valve seat on the other. Note that the SPE valve seat must be installed upstream during installation , so that when the pressure in the middle cavity increases, the SPE valve seat will automatically release pressure to the upstream. Therefore, the safety of the DIB ball valve is beyond doubt.
