Three-way Ball Valve
Three-way, four-way and multi-way valves are all multi-way switching valves, which are mainly used for switching and distributing materials and for converging and diverting flows. Jiepei Valve has designed a three-way ball valve with diversion and converging functions for large ship cooling systems. Three-way ball valves are generally installed on the top of coke ovens and other places. The working environment is dusty, there are open flames, and it is easy to splash water. Three-way ball valves can be divided into T-type three-way and L-type three-way according to the structure. The four-seat three-way ball valve uses a top-mounted ball. Due to the four-seat structure, the sealing performance is better, but the size of the valve cavity including the ball is correspondingly increased, and the structure is relatively complex. L-type three-way ball valve (Q44 type) is used for medium in pipelines

According to the structure, the three-way ball valve can be divided into T-type three-way and L-type three-way. The four-seat three-way ball valve adopts a top-mounted ball. Due to the better sealing performance of the four-seat structure, the size of the valve cavity including the ball is correspondingly increased, and the structure is relatively complex.
The L-type three-way ball valve (Q44 type) is used for switching the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline, which can connect two vertical pipelines. The T-type three-way ball valve (Q45 type) is used for the diversion, confluence and flow direction switching of the medium. The T-type ball channel can connect the three channels to each other or connect two of the channels. The T-type ball valve can realize two, three, or four functions.
